Ina Jo Designs is a graphic design studio based out of Chumash Lands, San Luis Obispo, California offering brand, print, digital, and website design services. Naomi Fuad (she/her) is a proud Chinese-Indonesian American, who runs the studio as a Graphic Designer and Producer of 8+ years with experience in B2C marketplaces and non profits in both small and large scales.

Whilst Ina Jo Designs was originally based out of Ohlone Lands, San Francisco, California, Naomi is glad to be back in San Luis Obispo as a Cal Poly Alum. Her degree in Graphic Communications, with a concentration in Design Reproduction Technology is what instilled her love for print, design, and the desire to create outside of just the screen.

Naomi specializes in collaborating with small to medium-sized businesses, non profits, and individuals looking to launch their business. More than just design, Naomi is passionate about the story you’re sharing and how visual design can carry and communicate your project beautifully, functionally, and sustainably.

Outside of the realms of design, you can find Naomi cozied in a corner with a book, smiling on a longboard in neighboring waters, or going on walks along the coast. Her passions lie in art forms met with ethical storytelling, land stewardship, and social justice with a community-centered approach.

Most recently, Naomi has released her art and writing into the world. Her work is inspired by lived experiences, the land and sea, and the spirit of play that lives within. You can view more of her art and writing here.

Alongside her background in Graphic Design, Naomi worked in the Apparel Industry, allowing her to have a unique lens on working with garment factories and retail merchandise upclose. You can see this knowledge extend to her clients, as she collaborates with clients frequently in Branded Apparel and Merchandise Design.
